Overview 

 

The leap from primary to secondary school is a big one and year 6's will have many worries and anxieties about the big changes that they will face. Our, professional actor will lead your students in a fun, interactive drama workshop which will give your students a confidence boost to make that Next Step!

 

Key objectives

 

• To discuss fears, worries and expectations of starting a new school

• To build confidence and help to manage nerves through drama activities

• To encourage to build new friendships and help to build aspirations 

• To create drama scenes to highlight the exciting step they are taking

• To encourage participation through drama, role play and movement

• To have lots of FUN!

Our requirements

We can deliver this workshop as a 60 min or 120 min session. We can offer a half day, 3 quarters of a day or a full day of workshops. Go to our Price List for more info.

Ideally a school hall so the children can move around freely, or a large classroom with tables and chairs moved to the side.
