​The company was founded by professional actors, Laura Patricia Clark and Alan Lee Parker, who remain the driving force at the helm of its continuing success story, with many years’ experience of the performing arts industry between them. Big Bubble are based in Northamptonshire and tour locally and nationally. 

 

Laura is also an experienced script writer who writes and directs all the shows. She has written bespoke scripts for organisations, including energy provider E-on, which has toured schools across the country teaching youngsters about the importance of saving energy.

 

Meanwhile, Alan is a familiar face at schools up and down the UK in his role as presenter of the company’s highly popular workshops, some of which have been featured on local TV news programs.

 

As well as performing in schools and educational establishments, BIG Bubble also tours at rural venues and festivals as well as offering open-air performances. The company won a coveted award at Buxton Festival for 'Best Performance for Young People'. 

Big Bubble have also recently been chosen as one of Theo Paphitis' Small Business Sunday winners.
