Mindful Warriors

Overview 
This year, the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is "Know Yourself." Using inspiration from the film Inside Out, our actor helps young people understand what self-awareness truly means. Together, we explore what makes each of us unique and identify our personal "superpower."
 
Through engaging drama activities and mindfulness techniques, we aim to give students a clearer understanding of their thoughts and emotions. We'll also provide practical tools to help them manage overwhelming feelings and support their mental well-being.
Our mission is to empower every student we meet with the skills and confidence to become a Mindful Warrior.
 
Key objectives

 

  • To explore what it means to be a 'Mindful Warrior'

  • To learn some mindfulness exercises

  • To discuss why it is important to talk about how we feel

  • To have lots of FUN! 

Our requirements

We can deliver this workshop as a 45 min, 60 min or 120 min session. We can offer a half day, 3 quarters of a day or a full day of workshops. Go to our Price List for more info.
