Let us take you and your students on an inter-active, fun-packed journey into the mind.
By exploring various mindfulness techniques through drama we aim to encourage our young people to have a clearer understanding of their thoughts and feelings.
Our mission is arm all the students we meet; with the tools they need to become a 'Mindful Warrior'.

Our requirements
We can deliver this workshop as a 60 min or 120 min session. We can offer a half day, 3 quarters of a day or a full day of workshops. Go to our Price List for more info.
