Overview 

 

Join our time, traveling archaeologist, Indi Annie Jones on a journey back to ancient Egypt where your pupils will discover how the Pharaoh's were prepared for the afterlife. Through drama, fun and games discover what the ancient Egyptians did with their mummies! 

 

Key objectives

 

• To explore the life and times of the ancient Egyptians

• To play a silly mummy game

• To discover all about some Egyptian Gods

• To learn how to prepare a Pharaoh's tomb for the afterlife 

• To create and perform a ritual chant to ensure the Pharaoh's passage to the afterlife

• To encourage participation through drama, role play and movement

• To have lots of FUN!

Our requirements

We can deliver this workshop as a 60 min or 120 min session. We can offer a half day, 3 quarters of a day or a full day of workshops. Go to our Price List for more info.
